Visit to the Zenica-Doboj Canton



Representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (BiH) visited the Zenica-Doboj Canton and had a meeting with the Minister of Economy Samir Šibonjić, and his associates.

Activities of the Ministry and the Government of Zenica - Doboj Canton related to investment potentials, improvement of the investment environment, which was worked on in the previous period, were presented during the meeting.

They also discussed the continuation of cooperation on identifying new investment projects, which would then be presented to interested potential investors.

The Ministry presented updated information on investment locations, business zones, potential business zones, attractive land and investment projects that would be promoted to potential foreign investors through FIPA.

Minister Šibonjić emphasized the need for new investments, as well as the Law on Public-Private Partnership, which provides the Zenica-Doboj canton with new opportunities to attract foreign investors.
