Visit to the company Eco village Grabovica

On 15th April 2014, within Aftercare programme with partners, representative of FIPA and the Government of Livno Canton visited the company Eco village Grabovica. 

Eco village Grabovica, representing a Croatian investment in BiH, was created in 2004 and the opening ceremony took place in June 2013. It was so far invested around 50 million BAM. The company has 50 full-time employees and over 100 contractors.

Eco village Grabovica was established with the aim to develop the existing tourism potential of Busko Lake and its surroundings, as well as to introduce people to the beauty and richness of this region.

In the first phase of construction of the eco village, it was built six apartments, a restaurant, a small zoo, equestrian club with riding school.

The construction of hotels with swimming pools, urban villas will be soon started within eco village. It is also planning development of health tourism by opening health clinics, and the construction of numerous other facilities in order to enrich the tourist offer of eco village, but also of the entire area of Busko Blato, Livno Canton and the whole Bosnia and Herzegovina.
