ZEPTER COMPANY ACQUIRED FURNITURE MAKER DIP KOZARA

A wood-processing plant DIP Kozara from Kozarska Dubica was sold to the Belgrade Impregnacija company for 2.05 million BAM, owned by the Zepter company. 

A wood-processing plant DIP Kozara from Kozarska Dubica was sold to the Belgrade Impregnacija company for 2.05 million BAM, owned by the Zepter company.

Zepter is committed to employ a certain number of workers, and keep the core business (furniture manufacturing) for three years minimum. The production should start in about two months.
