The zinc-lead mine of the Adriatic Metal company in Vareš has started operations

The Rupice Mine of the Adriatic Metals BiH company was officially opened in Vareš, which is the largest investment in Bosnia and Herzegovina so far. 

Adriatic Metals BH is owned by Adriatic Metals Holdings Limited, based in London.

About 400 million BAM have been invested in the project so far, and there are about 500 direct and indirect employees.

The ceremony held on that occasion was attended by numerous local and international officials.
