The Government of FBiH and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) have started together the project of the regulatory reform in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The implementation of the second phase of this reform is underway and it includes the overall analysis, simplification and improving the administrative procedures at the level of this entity.

The aim is to establish an efficient organisation system, to simplify procedures relating to permits, licences and consents at the Federation level in order to improve transparency of their implementation and to decrease operating costs.

This project foresees consultations with the business sector aiming at obtaining suggestions on how certain procedures could be simplified and adapted to the business environment and the businesses in this entity.
