The Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Korea for BiH visited FIPA

The Deputy Director and the Secretary of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Damirka Mioč and PhD Maida Bećirović received the Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Korea for BiH HE Park Won-sup with associates on 3 October 2017. 

The Ambassador Won-sup visited FIPA to have information about opportunities for investing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, successful foreign investments, and the reasons for which Investment Protection and Double Taxation Agreements between BiH and the Republic of Korea have not yet been signed.

A presentation on investment opportunities in BiH was held with a focus on the energy and metal sector, IT, automotive industry and tourism.

The Eembassy delegation was also made familiarized with the responsibilities of the FIPA and the services it provides to foreign investors.

Accompanied by a FIPA representative, the delegation visited Prevent Visoko to get informed about the work of one of the biggest companies in BiH.
