The largest Outlet Centre in the region will be built in the Municipality of Ilijaš

Memorandum of Understanding, which includes construction of an Outlet Centre in the Municipality of Ilijaš on 57,000 m² of space, was signed by the Mayor of the Municipality of Ilijaš Akif Fazlić and CEO of the company Maksab Ltd. Sarajevo Adull Al-Haran. 

The project includes the construction of the Outlet Centre with 97 commercial facilities that will include many world famous brands at very competitive prices.

63 residential buildings will also be built within the Centre.

The key importance of this investment is reflected in the creation of new jobs, and according to promises to the investor, it is planned to employ over 300 people.
