THE GOVERNMENT OF FB&H IS READY TO ANSWER ALL REQUIREMENTS OF FOREIGN INVESTORS

During the meeting between the competent representative of the Government of FB&H and the representatives of the Council of foreign investors of B&H on 9th March 2012 it was pointed out that the Government did a remarkable job in improving the business environment, although the adoption of the recommendations from the "White Book" took place only few months ago.

It was also said that all recommendations from the "White Book" were taken into consideration and were adopted in the legislative procedure.

The FBiH Govt. is prepared to respond to the needs of both foreign and domestic investors and the amend legislation thus providing a better business environment.

Representatives of foreign investors have expressed optimism of past activities of the Federal Government, since their initiative met with a direct and rapid response.

"This was the fastest initiatives by the business community in the last decade, which shows that the Government. understands the needs of foreign investors and that it is serious about creating a legal and business environment to attract foreign investment and facilitate better business," said a representative of the Council Branimir Muidza.

At the meeting, at the Government of the Federation headquarters in Sarajevo, it was analized the current activities to implement the recommendations from the "White Book" and the possibility of their expansion in its new version.
In addition to the recommendations from this document, the Government marked other legal arrangements whose recent amendments should contribute to better business in the Federation.
