The FIPA Director participated at the conference "Economic Opportunities in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Presentation of Successful Business"

Taking part at the conference "Economic Opportunities of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Presentation Successful Business Presentation", which was held on 21 May in Vienna organized by the association "Akademiker", the Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) Gordan Milinić and the Assistant Director Maida Bećirović presented potentials for investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a special focus on investment projects and locations, including success stories of investors who are already doing business in BiH. 

Participants of the conference, including representatives of the BiH Embassy in Austria, and businessmen from Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighbouring countries, were presented business conditions and investment projects.

Special interest has been expressed for projects in the fields of tourism, water bottling and generally for projects of small enterprises.

FIPA has initiated establishing an Investment Fund of the BiH Diaspora. This idea was accepted as excellent by the business people, because they agree that it is time that the Diaspora starts investing in BiH instead of sending money as a help and so provides its contribution to the economic development and progress of the country.
