The Dutch bought the company UNIS Valjčići

The company NN International B.V. from the Netherlands acquired 79.2% of stake in the company UNIS Valjčići Ltd. Konjic. 

The Dutch company paid 14.04 million BAM for shares, thus becoming the majority owner of the company from Konjic.

The company UNIS Valjčići is manufacturing components of rollers, and last year it was operated with 1.33 million BAM of net profit.
