The Director of FIPA is participating at the Balkan Power 2021 International Summit

-Additional investments in renewable energy sources in BiH will contribute to the improvement of economic indicators in the country 

The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH, Milica Marković, is participating at the 4^th International Balkan Power Summit, which is being held in Belgrade from 9-10. November.

The focus of the event is on the potential for investing in renewable energy sources in the Western Balkans.

The energy sector is one of the most important in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a long tradition, huge potential and opportunities for further development and investment, with the aim to become an integral part of the European energy market and community.

Director Marković held a series of meetings with potential investors and presented available energy projects.

The summit is attended by directors and representatives of regional public and private energy companies from BiH, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Russia, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia and other countries, as well as representatives of the EBRD, IFC and other international institutions.
