THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WIND FARM IN TRUSINA NEAR NEVESINJE IS FINALLY MOVING

According to the Director of the company Eol prvi Ltd Nevesinje, Zlatko Mandžuka, who together with the London company of Kermas and the Municipality of Nevesinje take part in the realization of the construction of this wind farm on the Trusina mountain near Nevesinje, they started the project realization, worth 140 million BAM.
The production should start the end of 2019, and a contract for the purchase of equipment and maintenance of wind turbine will be officially signed with the Danish company Vestas on Friday 6 July, in the Government building.
In the construction of the wind farm Trusina, the companies Kermas participates in the amount of 87% of, Eol prvi with 10% and the Municipality of Nevesinje with 3%. The owner of Kermas is famous Croatian businessman Danko Koncar, who lives and works in London.
Sberbank Banja Luka is at the head of the banking consortium, which will finance more than two thirds of the value of the investment, while the rest of the money is provided by investors.
According to the design project, 15 wind turbines will be built with a total installed capacity of 49.5 megawatts. The projected annual production should amount to about 160 gig watt-hours of electricity, which gives the wind farm the capacity to supply about 40,000 households or a city of about 160,000 inhabitants.
The government of RS gave the concession to the company Eol prvi for the first time in October 2012 for 30 years.
