12/16/2010
Speaking about economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Governor of the BiH Central Bank, Kemal Kozaric, said that the situation has begun to improve so that the country does not need to use the full amount of a new loan tranche approved by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
He explained: "Our foreign currency reserves have stabilized and are at the amount of 6.3 billion BAM. We estimate that the reserves will rise further by the end of the year and believe that there is no need to use funds to boost them, which means that Bosnia and Herzegovina is going in the right direction and that the economic situation improves".
