SARAJEVO IS INCLUDED IN THE PRESTIGIOUS PUBLICATION OF „CITY LEADERS“ FOR 2012

 

For the second time, the City of Sarajevo is presented in the prestigious publication of „City Leaders“ for 2012, issued by the organizations Property EU and MIPIM World dealing at the global level in order to develop the real estate market and the main data base for investors worldwide.

The mentioned publication presented 100 leading European cities representing a part of the joint market for international investors.

According to City Leaders publication, Sarajevo City is ranked in „Reinvented Capitals“, which means that it is entering the series of the leading capitals in transition with important potential dynamic economic development.

Sarajevo is evaluated as the city with great opportunities for service sector development and further growth and improvement of tourist reputation at the international market.
The publication stated that IT local industry is still at early phase of development and that last year, the famous tourist guide Lonely Planet placed Sarajevo at the 10 top destinations that should be visited.
