Sarajevo hosts the 48th IFTDO Global Conference



• The capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina will host the 48^th IFTDO Global Conference on the topic  of "Human resources development in the digital transformation era" from June 24 to 26, 2019, in the hotel "Hills" in Sarajevo.

• The International Federation of Training and Development Organization (IFTDO) was established in 1972 in Geneva, Switzerland with the aim to develop and maintain a global network dedicated to the recognition, development and transfer of knowledge, skills and technologies in order to enhance personal growth, the efficiency of human work , productivity and sustainable development.

• This year's IFTDO conference will focus on the seriousness of the digital impact on business, which has led to evolution in the behaviour of human resources and the development process, and transformed the way we work together in.

• Conferences will be organized in the way to be a platform for the exchange of best business practices, but also for networking with key individuals from the Western Balkans and other countries of the world.

• Three-day conference will gather over 400 participants from more than 50 countries around the world.

• On the first day of the conference, all participants will have the opportunity to participate in workshops to discuss the implementation of digital transformation in organizations. On the second and third day, the conference will be focused on four themes:

- Significance of digital transformation

- Implementing the development of human resources requires the creation of competent and determined leaders

- Gifted workforce is necessary for achieving business goals

- Using creative minds and innovative means of achieving success

The attendees at the conference will be able to exchange their experiences and hear presentations of 20 experts coming from 16 countries.
