PRIVATISATION PLAN IN FBIH FOR 2011

According to the Agency for Privatisation of FBiH, in 2011, through a method of tender or direct negotiations is planned a privatization of the company Aluminij, d.d. Mostar, Hidrogradnja d.d. Sarajevo, Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo, Šipad export-importa d.d. Sarajevo, Remontni zavoda Travnik d.d. Travnik, Unis- udružena metalna industrija d.d. Sarajevo, JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar. 

According to the Agency for Privatisation of FBiH, in 2011, through a method of tender or direct negotiations is planned a privatization of the company Aluminij, d.d. Mostar, Hidrogradnja d.d. Mostar.

The Plan for 2011 defines also a sale of shares of Sarajevo - osiguranja d.d. Sarajevo, Energopetrol d.d. Sarajevo, Bosnalijek d.d. Sarajevo, Fabrika duhana Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo and JP B&H Airlines d.o.o. Sarajevo.

The Agency for Privatisation of Hercegovina-Neretva Canton plans to sell in 2011 the following companies: Unis TPKS Prozor/Rama, Silos trgocentar Stolac, hotel Neum, Hermetički kompresori Mostar, MI Soko, Granit Jablanica.

The Sarajevo Canton plans to sell 5 companies; the Una-Sana Canton plans to sell 4 companies, while the Srednja-Bosna Canton and the Posavina Canton will offer 27 companies for sale in 2011.
