THE NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY WILL EMPLOY 200 PEOPLE

The Ovako meat industry from Sarajevo marked its 12th anniversary, by laying a corner-stone for a new production facility in the area of the Municipality of Hadžići, near Sarajevo. 

The Ovako meat industry from Sarajevo marked its 12th anniversary, by laying a corner-stone for a new production facility in the area of the Municipality of Hadžići, near Sarajevo.

The Executive Director of Akova Group Mušan Mutevelić said the new capacities will enable separation of the facility for beef products production from the chicken meat plant.

Daily capacity of the meat industry is some 50 tonnes, and its products are available in BiH and countries of the region.

Desiring to keep the step with world and European standards in food production, the Ovako industry decided to expand its production capacities, to construct a new facility covering 7,500 square meters and to invest 14.8 million BAM. New capacities will enable meeting actual demands of domestic and foreign market. The new production facility will employ 200 people.
