Presentation of investment opportunities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Jordan

Within the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Mirko Šarović to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on 16 and 17 October 2016, it was held a business conference, at which the Assistant Director of FIPA Phd Maida Bećirović had a presentation on investment potentials of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

On this occasion, advantages for investing in Bosnia and Herzegovina were pointed out, including attractive sectors and concrete projects ready for investment.

During the conference, several bilateral meetings were held with representatives of businesspeople from Jordan and other countries of the region that have expressed interest in investing, especially in the agricultural sector, pharmaceutical and textile industry, tourism and construction sector.
