Kuwaiti investor visited FIPA

The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Marko Kubatlija met with Hussain Alnassar, owner of the Herbal Spa and Mado companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been operating here since 2014 and has several branches. 

In addition to Kuwait, it runs business in Qatar, Bahrain, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, etc.

A presentation and announcement of a new investment, an amusement park in the Mostar area, worth 43 million EUR, is expected soon. This project would be the first of its kind in the region.

Mr. Alnassar is also the President of the Kuwaiti Investors Council in Kuwait, which brings together a large number of Kuwaiti investors operating worldwide.

He emphasized, among other things, that he uses every business opportunity to present Bosnia and Herzegovina as an attractive location for investments, and that he expects new investments from Kuwait.

Mr Kubatlija presented the current cooperation between the two countries with a focus on investments, emphasizing that Kuwait ranks at 15^th position among countries, investors in BiH, with BAM 315 million invested so far.

In the total amount from Kuwait, investments in the field of real estate business dominate with a share of 85.9%.

He emphasized the Agency's readiness to support Kuwaiti investors coming to BiH through all phases of investment, and to present investment opportunities to Kuwaiti investors.
