INVITATION TO TAKE PART IN A STUDY TRIP TO BAVARIA ON THE TOPIC "MODERNIZATION OF THE TOURISM SECTOR“, June 24 to June 28,



The Bavarian Representation of Economy to Bosnia and Herzegovina organizes a study trip to Bavaria on the topic "Modernization of the tourism sector" within the framework of the program for enhancing cooperation "Bayern - Fit for Partnership". The program is implemented with the support of the Bavarian Ministry for Economy, Development and Energy, while the organizational partners in Germany are the Bavarian Bayern International GmbH, and the company TUM-Tech GmbH.

Costs
The study tour is organized with the financial support of the Bavarian Ministry of Economy, Development and Energy. All program and accommodation costs (organization and conduct of study tours, bus transfers during the entire stay in Bavaria, hotel accommodation, food and drinks, insurance, translation services, eventual tickets and final certificate for study trip participants) are covered by Bavarian partners. Participants finance individual travel expenses, i.e. costs of arrival / departure to Munich, as well as a unique fee for participation in the program in the amount of 80.00 EUR per participant.

Program
The study trip takes place in the period from June 24 to June 28, 2019. The travel program consists of expert lectures, visits to companies and reference facilities. When composing the final program, the organizers will take into account the profiles of the registered participants and align it with the special interests of the participants, so the detailed program will follow after having the compositionof the participants.

Application procedure
The completed application form and questionnaire should be sent no later than Tuesday, May 7, 2019 to e-mail sanjin.purgic@ahk.ba  Number of places is limited. The final composition of the delegation and the program is decided by our partners in Bavaria based on the information provided in the attached questionnaire on your company / organization / institution.

Obligation of the application
If the registered participant cancels his participation 14 days before the start of the trip, he will bear the total associated costs of the organization and hotel accommodation. Registration of participation in the program implies the obligation of participation of each participant in the complete program.
