Increase in foreign investments in BiH in 2021



According to the published preliminary data of the Central Bank of BiH, foreign direct investments for the period January-September 2021 amount to BAM 1,049,000,000, which is an increase of 65% compared to the same period in 2020.

Along with the positive news about a significant increase in FDI (over one billion), we certainly note that preliminary data are subject to subsequent revisions, and we hope that a significant increase will be registered at annual level for 2021.

This is a significant increase, given the difficult business conditions due to the corona virus pandemic.
