The Government of RS gave its agreement to the company of Mine and Thermal Power Plant of Ugljevik to sign contract with the company "Comsar Energy Limited" from Chyprius on establishing a joint company of "Comsar Republika Srpska" in which the Mine and Thermal Power Plant of Ugljevik should have 10 percent of share.

The value of this project is estimated at around 400 million Euros.
