German initiative for finding suppliers in sector of mechanical industry

Within the German initiative for finding suppliers in Central and Eastern Europe countries, in Prague on October 15 will be held forum titled "2nd CEE Procurement & Supply Forum". 

The organizers of the forum are the German Association for Materials Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME e.V) and the network of German chambers of foreign trade (AHK) in the participating countries.

The aim of the initiative is that selected companies from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Polish, Slovak Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia meet with German companies interested in establishing business contacts with manufacturers in these countries, ie. their potential suppliers of goods and services from given business activities.

 Meetings between companies will be organized as the B2B matchmaking talks.

German companies are looking for suppliers from the sector of mechanical industry/plants construction and automotive according to the following product groups: Metalworking: stamped/turned/milled/pressed/welded/forged/molded parts. Plastic/electronics: pressed/stamped parts, molds; (servo) motors, cables, other: surface treatment, painting, tools.

Profiles of German companies and the application form for participation in the event are posted on the website of the German Business in BiH, and it needs to be sent no later than August 31.

Submitted applications will be analysed and evaluated by German companies, and they will call those companies from BiH which meet their criteria.

 The registration fee for participation in the B2B-talks for members AHK BiH with discount is 245 euros, and for other companies 295 euros.

Travel and accommodation expenses are borne by participants of the forum.
