FIPA representatives visited Hotel Ruža and Rimeco Ltd.

On 11 March 2016, invited by Ivica Sršen, representative of the company Rimecoo Ltd and Hotel Ruža, representatives of FIPA Amir Kazić, Ana Kvesić i Marija Crnjac visited business facilities owned by Rimeco Ltd Mostar where potentials for foreign investors were presented. 

They have five commercial facilities and for which they are looking for potential foreign investors.

They started with the processing of decorative stone, as well as the preparation of the land for the cultivation of medicinal plants.

Opening of Hotel Ruža Ltd. is planned in spring 2017 and it will consist of five blocks A, B, C, D and E.

The facility E is the smallest, and will consist of a mechanical plant. The access objects will be included in the facility C, and will consist of a reception, restaurant, spa centre and rooms.

The facility A will only consist of rooms for accommodation, with an outdoor pool. The facility B will consist of two hundred rooms.

The bloc D will have a series of conference halls and a restaurant. They will employ hundreds of new workers in Mostar and will enhance the exceptional tourist offer Mostar.
