FIPA representatives hosted the students of the IUS Faculty of Law



FIPA representatives led by the secretary PhD Maida Bećirović hosted undergraduate students of the International University of Law in Sarajevo, who, in the winter semester of the academic year 2023/2024, have the elective subject "The Law of Direct Foreign Investments".

Since the syllabus of the course stipulates that as a mandatory activity they have a study visit to one of the institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is directly related to the subject matter, that is why they chose FIPA.

The representatives of the Agency introduced the students to the main activities, its competences, the legal framework for foreign investors, the trend of direct foreign investments in BiH, attractive sectors, experience in working with foreign investors, etc.
