The representative of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), Nina Pobrić, participated at the panel "Promoting Investor Confidence: Ensuring Predictability and Fair Treatment" as part of the "Western Balkans Energy Week 2024" conference, which was held in Budva on October 9-10, 2024. 

On that occasion, she spoke about current energy projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted legislation in the field of energy, current potentials and green transition, and the study Transformation of the Balkans through nearshoring and decarbonization.

The panel was attended by Mats Lundin from the Norwegian company Emergy, Valentina Dedi from the KBR company, Annabelle Libeau from MIGA and Naida Taso from the Secretariat of the Energy Community, and the panel was moderated by Alex Blomfield from the British lawyer company Simmons & Simmons.

The conference was dedicated to the green transition in the region and the attraction of foreign investments, and gathered the energy ministers of the Western Balkan countries, representatives of state institutions and global energy companies, as well as international financial institutions.
