FIPA participated at the International Conference on the Regional Market, the Development of Statistics and Investment Opportunities

Representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) led by the Deputy Director Damirka Mioč participated at the International Conference on the Regional Market, the Development of Statistics and Investment Opportunities, held from 6 to 8 November 2017 in Sarajevo. 

This is one of the most important conferences in the region that supports the cooperation of government institutions, international organizations, the business sector, the academic community and non-governmental organizations in order to create a better business environment, market development and competitiveness, as well as joint planning and realization of regional projects. The conference promotes possibilities for regional investments, the importance of statistics, information technologies and development in the fields of industry, capital markets, labour, agriculture, energy and tourism.

Together with representatives from Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, PhD Maida Bećirović, Secretary of FIPA, participated at the panel focused on investments, and had a presentation on importance of the regional cooperation in the context of attracting foreign investments.
