FIPA in the business delegation at the Makkah Halal Forum

The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Association of the Halal Industry of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of BiH, the Agency for Halal Quality Certification of BiH and the exclusive representative of the Makkah Halal Forum, the company Rekaz d.o.o. Sarajevo, organized a business visit of BiH businesspeople to the second edition of the Makkah Halal Forum 2025, which is being held from February 25 to 27, 2025 in Mecca, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

In the economic delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to the representatives of VTK and co-organizers, there is also the secretary of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), PhD Maida Bećirović, economic adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and representatives of the companies MBA Centar and Global Gold Real Estate, who are also exhibitors at the event, and the companies AS Grupa and KulinWorld.

On the second day of the Forum, members of the economic delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina had meetings with numerous delegations, from the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, and the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development.

This unique event, which is held under the auspices of H. E. PhD Majid Al Kassabi, Minister of Trade of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gathers experts from the halal sector around the world. As part of the event, an international fair of halal products is also being held, attended by more than 150 exhibitors from 15 countries, including two companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
