FIPA attended the Smart Building Fair in Milan

Representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) visited the Smart Building Expo, which is dedicated to the automation of houses and buildings and technological integration. 

More than 250 companies from Italy, Austria, Germany and other countries exhibited at the Fair. With the aim to improve business opportunities for exhibitors and visitors, Smart Building is organized as part of a program called MIBA - Milan International Building Alliance. The Fair took place in parallel with the following events: SICUREZZA 2023, GEE - Global Elevator Exhibition, an event dedicated to horizontal and vertical mobility, ME-MADE Expo, the leading Italian event in the field of construction.

The synergy of these four events represented a combination of different markets that have an obligation to interact and cooperate in the development of smart buildings. This is the format in which participants from different industries could be familiarized with the proposals presented by the most expert companies.

FIPA representatives had contacts and meetings where they presented the business environment of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is especially important to point out that the company profit tax in BiH is 10%, and in Italy 40%, and the costs of energy, labour and location for investment are significantly lower in BiH compared to Italy, which is a good basis for more intensive promotion of our potential.
