According to a World Bank study published last week, the good climactic conditions
and low land and labor prices are more favorable for farming in BiH than anywhere elsewhere in Southern Europe.
Combined with relatively low shipping costs, they should make Bosnia’s agriculture "well positioned to compete at the export markets".
REGISTER YOUR BUSINESS MORE EASILY IN BIH
It is no longer necessary for you to do a prior registration as a foreign direct investor at a Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH (MOFTER). This means one less step and improvement of the business registration procedure for the foreign direct investors, who now will be able to do the registration directly with the Basic or Municipal Courts.
The FDI registration reform was promoted by the Council of Ministers of BiH, in particular by the MoFTER and it was supported by the Investment Climate Advisory Services of the World Bank Group.
