COOPERATION BETWEEN MOSTAR AND THE ITALIAN CITY OF ASSISI

The Mayor of Mostar, Ljubo Beslic, and the Mayor of the Italian city of Assisi, Claudio Ricci, signed on 23rd April in Mostar a protocol on cooperation regarding the realization of joint initiatives in the economy and the tourism domains. 

The Mayor of Mostar, Ljubo Beslic, and the Mayor of the Italian city of Assisi, Claudio Ricci, signed on 23rd April in Mostar a protocol on cooperation regarding the realization of joint initiatives in the economy and the tourism domains.

The protocol signing is the beginning of building a bridge of future cooperation between the two towns. This protocol means also linking the airports of Perugia and Mostar.

According to the Mayors, this will contribute to tourism development, first of all religious, and then business cooperation.
