Continuous development and employment : Prevent Gorazde - two years later

The company Prevent was opened in Gorazde in 2007 when it hired 30 people. With further development in 2011, the company launched the production of car-upholstery where hundreds of people were employed, and at the end of 2011 the company had 520 employees. Further dynamic of employment was continued in 2012, when each month 40 people on average had been employed.

Today, the manufacturing facility of Prevent employs over 1100 employees in three manufacturing companies: Prevent Safetly, Prevent Gorazde and Prevent Components.

Prevent Safety is engaged in the production of protective equipment, while the new member of the Group, Prevent Components was established in November 2013, is engaged in the production of plastic parts for the lever for BMW. This young company already has 60 employees.

Prevent launched a new project in 2014. It is related to the production of upholstery for Volkswagen Golf Sportsvan. Textile and leather performances of upholstery from Gorazde will be used by the successor of the current Golf Plus.
