Business delegation of the Chinese province of Hebei visited the FIPA Agency

At the invitation of the FIPA Agency, and with the aim of having better information on possibilities for economic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chinese Province of Hebei, seven members delegation of the Commercial Department of the Province led by Mr. Xi Xianjun, Deputy General Director together with the Economic Advisor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Sarajevo Mr. Lei Jianzhong visited the Agency on 16 April 20015. 

Condition and opportunities for investing in BiH, as well as services that FIPA offers to foreign investors, were presented during the meeting. Representatives of the Hebei Province pointed out that there is an interest of their companies to invest in BiH and to cooperate with the BiH companies. They expressed their willingness to raise to a higher level the economic cooperation between Hebei Province and BiH. It was agreed to exchange information and specific investment projects that will provide companies of Hebei Province with more complete picture of advantages and possibilities for investing in BiH.

During their visit to Sarajevo, organized by FIPA, the delegation will meet with representatives of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina with whom they will discuss the possibilities of improving foreign trade. In addition they will meet with the Mayor of Sarajevo in order to discuss experiences in the organization of the Olympic Winter Games and the use of Olympic facilities in post-Olympic period.
