British American Tobacco bought shares of Sarajevo Tobacco Factory

On 15 September 2016, within the auction held at the Sarajevo Stock, the Company CID Adriatic Investments GmbH (CID) submitted a best offer for shares of Sarajevo Tobacco Factory (FDS) owned by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

CID Adriatic Investments GmbH is an Austrian investment company, and British American Tobacco (BAT) ensured funds for the CID’s transaction.

The offer for 511,478 shares, which represents 39.9058 percent of the total shares of FDS, is 8.35 per share, making a total of 42,708.413 BAM.
