Brčko District is preparing 13 new business zones for investments and new incentive measures

A delegation of Brčko District visited the BiH Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) with the aim to present investment potentials, projects and locations, to discuss open issues of foreign investors, and further cooperation within the Collaborative Network. 

Information from the Action Plan was presented, as well as information about the Development Guarantee Fund and the Development Strategy 2021-2027, as well as 13 available investment projects.

Brčko District offers 13 new business zones to foreign investors, out of which 5 are partially built and 8 are unbuilt.

It was also discussed about the incentives offered to investors, given that new incentives were introduced in addition to the existing ones. The procedure for allocating land is also simplified.

Furthermore, during the meeting, the Aftercare program and the Collaborative Network coordinated by FIPA were discussed, and further cooperation was agreed upon.
