TELEKOM SLOVENIJA TAKES FULL CONTROL OF BOSNIA'S ANEKS

Telekom Slovenija has signed a contract with a minority shareholder of Bosnia's Aneks to acquire a further 30% of the company.  

With the entry of the share transfer into the business register in Banja Luka, Telekom Slovenija becomes Aneks's sole shareholder, the Slovenian company said in a bourse filing.

Banja Luka-based Aneks provides broadband internet, fixed telephony, and analogue and digital TV services.

The Ljubljana-based telecoms group operates as a fixed and mobile services provider in Slovenia, Kosovo and Macedonia. It also provides fixed-line services in Albania and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
