Aftercare visit to companies in Maglaj

Within the Aftercare activities, representatives of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA), together with representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton and the Municipality of Maglaj, visited on 31st July 2017 the company ADV-PAX Lutec Ltd Maglaj, and had a meeting with the company's representative, Mr Suvad Ahmetspahić. 

This company was established at the beginning of 2017 as foreign ownership, however, a part of the investment was also provided by the BH Diaspora.

A plant was built in which the production is going to start in early 2018 and 40 people will be employed.

The construction of a new facility is also planned, while the final number of employees should be 250. All production is intended for export.

The company is specialized for the production of tin packaging for famous world brands such as Staedtler, Toffife, Voltaren, Balea etc.

During the same visit, a meeting was also held in the company HM promet Ltd Maglaj, which perform lohn activities for a well-known German buyer (brands from the automotive industry). The company employs 462 workers and considers the possibility for introducing the 2^nd shift, which would automatically will double the number of employees.
