A NEW ELECTRICAL SWITCHES PRODUCTION LINE STARTED UP IN SARAJEVO

The Iskraemeco company opened on 23rd November in Sarajevo a new line for production of electrical switches and thus completed production of the three-phase electronic meters intended for the markets of more then hundred countries. The investment of 50.000 EUR opened 15 new job places and enabled production of 60.000 switches per year worth 3,5 million EUR.

This product enables an economic consumption of electricity that the EU especially insists on, committed to get classic meters replaced by the built-in-switches meters till 2020.

The Iskraemeco was founded by Elektroprivreda BiH and Iskraemeco Kranj in 1999.
