Representatives of the Network are working together to identify barriers to doing business and to eliminate them as soon as possible in order to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the business environment and increasing foreign capital in the country.
The Cooperation Network includes 42 institutions and since 2013, with the technical support of IFC, has been implementing a joint program of post-investment support to investors.
In her speech, the FIPA Secretary PhD Maida Bećirović spoke about increasing the inflow of foreign investments in 2021 in BiH with a focus on increasing the percentage of reinvestments in the total amount of foreign investments in 2021 and 2022. During 2021, in the total amount of foreign investments, 59% represent reinvestments of existing foreign investors, while for nine months of 2022, that percentage amounts to 75.3% of reinvestments.
She also emphasized that the support of all levels of government in BiH is needed in the realization of foreign investments.
