A 50 million EUR Chinese direct investment agreement has been signed

An agreement on a direct Chinese investment, worth 50 million EUR, for the construction of a factory of gypsum boards and gypsum products that will employ 100 workers, was signed in Ugljevik. 

The Chinese company participated in this investment with 90%, and M&TPP Ugljevik with the rest.

The value of the investment is 50 million EUR, the deadline for the completion of the factory is two years. It is expected that 100 new workers will be employed within this investment.

This project will be significant for several parties - the local community and both companies.

The signed contract refers to the construction of a gypsum boards factory with a capacity of 40 million square meters on an annual level, and it is planned that logistics and technical services will be provided by local companies.
