Instruments for the protection of foreign investments

Foreign investors concerned about restrictions on profit repatriation, expropriation, war and civil unrest, and denial of justice can insure themselves against these risks with the European Union Investment Guarantee Trust Fund for BiH and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), part of the World Bank Group.
