Board of Directors
The Governing Board of the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investments of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) facilitates an active dialogue between FIPA and the Council of Ministers, the entity governments, as well as representatives of the domestic and international business community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The responsibilities of the Board of Directors are defined by the Law on the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was adopted in December 2004. These responsibilities include proposing the Agency's strategic objectives, recommending the annual business strategy, business plan and action plan, and presenting these activities to the Council of Ministers. The Board of Directors also monitors the Agency's work in achieving its objectives and implementing its operational plan.
The composition of the Management Board is defined in the aforementioned Act, and it currently comprises nine members:
