The Republic of Srpska Investment-Development Bank (IRBRS) offers for sale 70.45% of the total share capital in the company “HPK” Hemijska prerada kukuruza a.d. Draksenić, Kozarska Dubica. The core activity of the company is production of starch and products made of starch. 

The Republic of Srpska Investment-Development Bank (IRBRS) offers for sale 70.45% of the total share capital in the company “HPK” Hemijska prerada kukuruza a.d. Draksenić, Kozarska Dubica. The core activity of the company is production of starch and products made of starch.

The sale will be performed by organizing a separate auction for a block of shares with fixed conditions at the Banjaluka Stock Exchange every day starting from 17 August 2011 until completion of the sale order, but no later than 19 August 2011.

All parties interested to participate in the auction must submit required documents to the IRBRS, no later than 12:00 hours on 15 August 2011.
