DONGFANG ELECTRIC CORPORATION AWARDED CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THERMAL POWER PLANT STANARI

The Energy company EFT Group signed a 400 million EUR worth contract with the Chinese company Dongfang Electric Corporation on the construction of the 300 MW Thermal Power Plant Stanari. 

The Energy company EFT Group signed a 400 million EUR worth contract with the Chinese company Dongfang Electric Corporation on the construction of the 300 MW Thermal Power Plant Stanari.

Total project cost is 500 million EUR. Completion of the construction and commissioning is expected in 2014.

The EFT will finance one quarter of the amount from its own funds, while the rest is financed by a group of Chinese-European banks.
