BALKAN INVESTMENT BANK SIGNS AGREEMENT ON PURCHASING SHARES OF UNA BANK BIHAC

Based on a public call on recapitalization of UNA Bank from Bihac, the Balkan Investment Bank was selected as a best bidder by the Public Bid Commission, the Bank announced. 

Based on a public call on recapitalization of UNA Bank from Bihac, the Balkan Investment Bank was selected as a best bidder by the Public Bid Commission, the Bank announced.

The agreement on purchase of a share of capital and on takeover the part of commitments of the UNA BANK Bihac between the Una Bank and Balkan Investment Bank was signed on 26th October 2010.
