In Montenegro's city of Becici, on Thursday will start the Second “Summit 100”, which brings together business leaders from South East Europe, and the motto of this years Summit is “Deal for a new era”.
100 most influential business leaders in the region will take part in the summit, which will also be attended by Prime Ministers of Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as senior political officials of Slovenia and Macedonia.
The main theme of the two-day summit is how to take advantage of the experience and potentials of the region to create sustainable projects for the joint appearance at the third markets, but also for cooperation in the region which would lead to more competitive products and services and would address the pressing problem of unemployment in the region.
Statement adds that during the first day of the summit the most influential businessmen, besides the topics of regional cooperation and investment, will also talk about the greatest problems of the region, such as solving the problem of unemployment by making an overview of the problems at the regional level and the agreement on how to prevent further “brain drain”.
They will also open discussion on the roles and responsibilities of the media in the further economic integration of the region.
During the second day business leaders will discuss the possibilities of joint appearances at local and the third markets, and will give particular attention to topics such as food, agriculture, energy, tourism, information technology and construction.
