BRITISH MID EUROPA BOUGHT THREE BOSNIAN CABLE OPERATORS

The British Private Equity Investment Fund Mid Europa Partners acquired three Bosnian cable operators: BH Cabel Net, Elob and GlobalNET and announced a possibility for merging these three companies under the Telemach brand and for improving their operations through the introduction of state-of-the-art digital TV, Internet and voice technology.

Mid Europa’s cable and broadband portfolio in southeast Europe also includes Serbia Broadband and Slovenian cable TV and broadband operator Telemach.
