1.9 milion shares in metal processing company of Unis will be offered for sale



A total of 1.9 million shares of the BiH metal processing company Unis owned by the state will be put up for sale on the Sarajevo bourse on June 11 at a starting price of 3.96 marka ($2.8/2.0 euro) apiece.

The shares will be offered for sale in an extraordinary auction.

Unis’s equity capital is divided into 4,144,165 shares. The state is the company's biggest shareholder, with a 45.85% stake, according to bourse data.
