UNBUILT CONSTRUCTION LAND IN INDUSTRIAL ZONE "CELPAK" SELLING TENDER SOON

A tender for selling 9.3 acres of unbuilt construction land in the Industrial zone "Celpak" will soon be announced. 

A tender for selling 9.3 acres of unbuilt construction land in the Industrial zone "Celpak" will soon be announced.

The land to both domestic and foreign investors will be offered at a price of 10 KM per square meter.

The land is divided into several parcels, out of which the smallest is 2.5 to 3, and the biggest 10 acres.

Industrial zone "Celpak" has water and sewage network, and the issue of quality electricity supply will soon be resolved.
