The Fourth Annual Regional Conference of the Information Technologies and the Services Management Associations was held from 27th to 28th May in Sarajevo. 

The Fourth Annual Regional Conference of the Information Technologies and the Services Management Associations was held from 27th to 28th May in Sarajevo.

This conference aimed at gathering professionals in the field of IT services and technologies management in order to get them another opportunity for exchanging the knowledge and the experience at regional and international level.

The central theme of the Conference was eco-IT and ITIL the best practices in the context of IT (eco) system, and eco-IT as a business opportunity.

The Conference was attended by a large number of members of Information Technologies and the Services Management Associations from Europe and the worldwide, the IT professionals, the consultants from this sector, the analysts in business and industry, the researchers and others engaged in IT technologies.
